Summary

Just counting the days till I get to workout…. schedule has a lot of conflicts.  We are shooting for this Sunday!!  You know in the past I would have been stressing about not getting to workout on the desired day, but now doing the Mentzer protocol I don’t stress at all.  The extra days off are probably creating more growth and increasing my recovery reserve.
